| Field Name | Tip |
| User Name | Enter a name using letters and/or numbers only (no spaces) you wish to use for accessing MetroShops whenever you log on to your Account. For example, "deb2shop" or "johnDOE5". If the User Name is already taken, you will be given an opportunity to change it. |
| Password | When attempting to access your account you will be asked for your User Name (see above) and your password to be allowed access. Your password must be between a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 20 letters and numbers only (use no spaces and at least one number). Upper and lower case letters may be used and are recognized as part of your password. You should avoid common words or names or words that might be easy to guess such as name, address, birthday, etc. NOTE: WHEN YOU TYPE THE PASSWORD IN, IT WILL APPEAR AS A SERIES OF ASTERISKS (****) FOR SECURITY PURPOSES. |
| Retype Password Name | Retype the password you entered in the Password field. (See above.) NOTE: WHEN YOU RETYPE THE PASSWORD IN, IT WILL APPEAR AS A SERIES OF ASTERISKS (****) FOR SECURITY PURPOSES. |
| Password Question | Select a question from the dropdown list to which you will provide an answer in the next field. MetroShops.com cannot access your password, But if you do forget it, you can reset your password by providing the answer to this question. |
| Hint Answer | Provide the answer to the Password Question. You will need to remember both the Question and the answer to reset your password (See above.) NOTE: WHEN YOU ENTER THE ANSWER, IT WILL APPEAR AS A SERIES OF ASTERISKS (****) FOR SECURITY PURPOSES. |
| First, Middle and Last Names | Enter your first, middle name or initial (if desired) and last name. |
| Address, City, State, Zip | Enter the billing address that you'd like us to use for your online purchases. To avoid delays with your order, make sure this is the address where your credit card statement is sent. |
| Day Phone | Enter the telephone number where you can be contacted concerning your order. The format is (555)555-5555. |
| Email Address | Please enter a valid Email address which will be used for order correspondence only. MetroShops.com registration does not allow for duplicate email addresses, so if someone in your home registers separately, they will need to use their own valid email address. |
