| User Name | Enter a name using letters and/or numbers only (no spaces) you wish to use for accessing Click.Shop.Save whenever you log on to access your Merchant Account. For example, "AcmeHardware" or "BabyClothes37". If the User Name is already taken, you will be given an opportunity to change it. |
| Password | When attempting to access your account you will be asked for your User Name (see above) and your password to be allowed access. Your password must be between a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 20 letters and numbers only (use no spaces and at least one number). Upper and lower case letters may be used and are recognized as part of your password. You should avoid common words or names or words that might be easy to guess such as your business name or address. NOTE: WHEN YOU TYPE THE PASSWORD IN, IT WILL APPEAR AS A SERIES OF ASTERISKS (****) FOR SECURITY PURPOSES. |
| Retype Password Name | Retype the password you entered in the Password field. (See above.) NOTE: WHEN YOU RETYPE THE PASSWORD IN, IT WILL APPEAR AS A SERIES OF ASTERISKS (****) FOR SECURITY PURPOSES. |
| Password Question | Select a question from the dropdown list to which you will provide an answer in the next field. MetroShops.com cannot access your password, But if you do forget it, you can reset your password by providing the answer to this question. |
| Hint Answer | Provide the answer to the Password Question. You will need to remember both the Question and the answer to reset your password (See above.) NOTE: WHEN YOU ENTER THE ANSWER, IT WILL APPEAR AS A SERIES OF ASTERISKS (****) FOR SECURITY PURPOSES. |
| Business Name | This must be the name of your business as you wish it to appear to your customers on your page(s) in MetroShops.com |
| Business Address, City, State, Zip | The number, street, City, State and ZIP of your main store or office. |
| Phone and Fax Numbers | The telephone and fax number that your customers would use to contact you. The format is (800)555-5555. |
| The Business Email address that your customers would use to contact you. MetroShops.com registration does not allow for duplicate email addresses. If you have a customer account as well as a business account, the email addresses must be different. | |
| Contact First Name and Last Name | The name of the person within your operation who is responsible for your Metro shops site. |
| Alternate Phone | If you have a second telephone number, list it here. Enter it in the format you wish it to be displayed. |
